Tell Us When you Are Available

Below the shift menu is the Availability option.

This displays a calendar view.

  • By clicking a day, the square will change colour. You can use the toggle icons along the bottom to move to a future date.

  • Click once changes it to GREEN and that informs us you are available to work on these days

  • Click twice and it changes to RED, this informs us you are unable to work on these days.

  • Then click on Save.

This will then be uploaded onto Acorns database so that your consultants are aware you are unable to accept work.

As a default, we will always assume you are available, unless you update this on the app.

Note that this does not replace holiday requests. Please contact your Acorn consultant to agree holidays.
