Q: What versions of Android and iOS are supported and are there any makes of phones that don't work with the app?

Android: from 4.4 onwards – The app does not support 4.1/4.2/4.3 iOS: from iOS 9 onwards.

Sirenum only supports Android and iOS devices. If you have a windows phone please advise your Acorn Consultant.
